Kurtis Potter / Boundless Websites Project Breakdown
Overall Project Goal
Kurtis wants to restructure his online presence around three connected but separate websites. The sites should feel aligned visually and mission-wise, but each must stay legally and operationally distinct — especially since Boundless Youth is a nonprofit and must remain separate from for-profit business operations.
The Three Sites
- KurtisPotter.com — His personal brand, similar to how Tony Robbins markets himself by name. The main public-facing brand.
- Boundless-Youth.org — His 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on youth mentoring, coaching, guidance, youth events, and future youth-to-adult transition programs.
- Boundless-Group.net — The broader for-profit umbrella connected to adult coaching, business development, retreats, groups, veterans, and future investment-related work.
Phase 1 Priority: Websites First
Kurtis clearly stated that the first priority is getting the websites updated before email marketing, text messaging, social media, and larger promotional pushes.
Website 1: KurtisPotter.com
KurtisPotter.com should become the main personal brand website — positioning him as a motivational speaker, mentor, coach, author, and self-development leader. It should speak directly from Kurtis as the individual and serve as the main public-facing brand.
Homepage Updates
- Rebuild the homepage around Kurtis Potter as the main brand
- Remove any false or misleading credibility logos (“featured in” style icons — Forbes, Inc., Fortune, Success, etc.)
- Build the messaging around integrity, authenticity, purpose, and personal transformation
- Add a section explaining the relationship between Kurtis Potter, Boundless Youth, and Boundless Group
- Add a bottom section directing youth-related visitors to Boundless Youth with CTA: “Need youth mentoring, coaching, guidance, or youth events? Visit Boundless Youth.”

Home | About Kurtis | Coaching | Mentoring | Speaking | Events and Retreats | Boundless Men | Boundless Women | Books | Merch | Contact
Payment / Product Prep
Prepare the site for selling: coaching programs, mentoring programs, event tickets, retreat registrations, books, merch, and recurring subscriptions. Stripe is the preferred option for WordPress integration and recurring payments.
Website 2: Boundless-Youth.org
The nonprofit side — serving youth, students, college-age young adults, and families. Must remain clearly separate from the for-profit structure. Focus on mentoring, coaching, youth guidance, events, parent communication, donations, and programs that help youth transition into adulthood.
To-Do List
- Events: Add July 19 event, new photos, update event sections, add clear CTAs for registration, parent contact, volunteer interest, and donations
- Nonprofit Clarity: Communicate 501(c)(3) status, keep nonprofit messaging/financials separate, add professional donation language and donor receipts
- Youth Program Content: Youth mentoring, coaching, guidance, events, college-age support, parent communication, youth entrepreneurship prep, transition paths
- Future Books / Merch: Kurtis has 6 books (5 children’s books). Prepare books page and youth merch page.
- Email Signup: Parents, supporters, donors, volunteers, youth event updates
- Payment / Donation Setup: Separate nonprofit bank account, decide on processor (Stripe/Square/PayPal), keep nonprofit money fully separate
Website 3: Boundless-Group.net
The broader for-profit umbrella. Long-term, it may connect to investments, real estate, Boundless Business, Boundless Investments, retreats, adult groups, and other ventures. Currently functions as a one-page connector linking to Kurtis Potter and Boundless Youth.
